1. I can't download the product I bought.
To download the purchased product, click on the link that came to you by email immediately after payment. If the problem persists, send us an email and our assistance will be at your complete disposal.
2. How long does it take to receive the download link?
The download link is sent automatically within a few minutes of completing the payment. We advise you to also check in the Spam or Promotions folder of your email.
3. Can I download my purchase more than once?
Yes, you can download the file as many times as you want, using the link received by email, as long as it is not shared with third parties or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
4. I paid but I didn't receive any email. What should I do?
In this case, check that you have entered your email address correctly at the time of purchase and check your Spam folder. If you can't find anything, contact us and we'll send you the download link right away.
5. Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Since our products are downloadable immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you encounter a technical problem with the file, our support team will help you solve it quickly.
